Cecilia is a graduate of Actors Centre Australia. In 2021 she expanded her love for storytelling and began writing for screen. She collaborated in 2022 with Director Stef Smith and Photoplay Films as both writer and performer on AACTA nominated series 'It’s Fine, I’m Fine’. The series was also an Official Selection for the Short Form Competition at CanneSeries 2022. In 2023/4 she was awarded an artist residency where she developed a one woman theatre show called 'Cow' which she is currently adapting to a screenplay.

Cecilia is developing other scripted projects, including 2 comedy series. Cecilia’s unique and incisive writing style combines a love of comedy and the gut punch of tragedy to explore ideas of mental health and the female experience.

Since graduating from Actors Centre Australia, she has been actively involved in the independent theatre scene in Sydney as an actor.
