iOTA ticks all the boxes: composer, singer, feature film and stage actor, writer, dancer, voice-over artist, visual artist, rock star and iconoclast.  His unique and extraordinary talents have been recognised with no less than six ARIA Award nominations, four Helpmann Awards, plus Green Room and Sydney Theatre Critics’ Awards.

His feature film credits include roles in The Great Gatsby and Mad Max: Fury Road. Most recently, he starred in The Chairs for Red Line Productions in 2023. iOTA played to packed houses in the 2021 Sydney Festival hit, Rapturedirected by Michael Kantor and featured on the line-up for Gumball Festival in April 2021.

He has an impressive track record of writing and starring in hit solo shows; Slap and Tickle and The Average Joe (Fringe World Festival, Perth) and Young, Hard & Solo (SOH). He co-created and starred in the 2010 Sydney Festival sensation Smoke & Mirrors and musical rock-odyssey B-Girl (SOH).

Other theatre credits include: Lazarus, Pigalle, Hedwig and the Angry Inch (his theatrical debut); playing Frank ‘n’ Furter in The Rocky Horror Show; The Turquoise Elephant for Griffin, Bowie tribute shows Ziggy, David Bowie: Nothing Has Changed, Bowie Orchestrated, and Queen tribute show Bohemian Symphony: Queen Orchestrated. iOTA has released seven successful albums, the most recent being Wolf Number 9. In 2020 iOTA was chosen to participate in Eurovision: Australia Decides.  He is the singing voice of ‘Walter the Blue Slug’ in Beat Bugs, the animated children’s series.

In 2022 he composed the music for the award-winning play King of Pigs, directed by Blazey Best. His unique and extraordinary talents have been recognised with an ARIA Award nomination for Best Album and four Helpmann Awards, as well as Green Room and Sydney Theatre Critics’ Awards.
